Select an example from the catalog or choose “Other” and assign a recognizable name to the object. The proposed measures are indicative: replace them with width, depth and real height, expressed in centimeters. Enter the quantity and the room of origin. Objects with different sizes should be inserted into separate rows, even if they have the same name.

Indicates whether the good will go into the new house or in storage and choose the expected preparation: whole, to be dismantled or already packed or disassembled. You can add a photo, but it's optional. Press “Add to inventory” and repeat for other items. The “Edit” and “Elimina” buttons allow you to correct the list; also check the summary per room.

If you are measuring already disassembled furniture packages, record the individual packages and do not count the mounted furniture again. The choice “To disassemble” is an information on the required work: it does not automatically reduce the volume.

Geometric encumbrance is calculated by multiplying width, depth, height and quantity. With measurements in centimeters the result is divided for a million to get the cubic meters. A box of 60 × 40 × 40 cm occupies 0.096 m3; ten identical boxes occupy 0,96 m3.

The indicative transport space adds the selected margin: 15%, 25% or 35%. With 8 m3 geometric and a margin of 25%, the estimate becomes 10 m3. This increase is a changeable working hypothesis, not a load verification. Fragile objects, protections, protrusions and overlapping possibilities can change the necessary space.

The total includes the goods directed to the new house and those destined to the deposit. It is not a cheap quote and does not automatically determine which van to use or how many trips to make. To learn more how to calculate the cubic meters of the move.

In the 2D designer you can add rooms, assign them a name and indicate width and depth in centimeters. This mode creates rectangular environments. If you have a planimetry, upload it as JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF; for a PDF of multiple pages choose the page to use. The file is used as a background, without automatic recognition of walls, doors or quotas.

To put the image in scale, it identifies a real distance known. Write the length in centimeters in the dedicated field, press “Mountains: choose 2 points” and select the ends of the segment on the plant. Check a second measure before proceeding. Perspective photos or deformed drawings can make the comparison unpredictable.

Choose a available furniture and press “Add to the room”. Drag it with mouse or finger, rotate it 90 degrees or use the X and Y coordinates. You can change the size of the template: for the furniture you need the measurements of the mounted furniture, even when in the inventory you used dimensions from transport. The goods destined for the deposit are not proposed for the disposal in the new house.

Add doors, windows and encumbrances as references. Alerts report overlaps between silhouettes and overcoming the rectangle of work; on a loaded plant you have to check exposed walls and irregular perimeters. Assign a name to the project and press “Save project on file”. Get a JSON file with inventory, rooms, templates and any images: keep it to resume work via “Open Project”. Save does not create an account or archive on the server. Before closing the page or replacing the project, download the updated version.

“Stamp/Save PDF” opens the browser print window. You can print on paper or choose “Save as PDF”, when available. Check the preview and readability of rooms. The PDF is a consultable copy; to continue to change the work also keeps the JSON. In the rescue and printing guide find the complete steps.

After saving the project, press “Request quote with inventory”. A TXT summary is downloaded and the form opens. If the browser allows data transfer, you can press “Insert inventory in assets” to return the list to the request. Complete contact details, addresses, plans and services required and check the summary before sending.

Photos and seedlings are not automatically transferred: add relevant images to the quote fields. If the text exceeds the available space, it prepares a summary from the TXT and agrees with DUDA how to share the complete inventory. The request describes the work to be evaluated and does not confirm the price or booking alone.
