Privacy and site data
For information about data collected through this site, contact DUDA Traslochi, VAT no. 07747000961.
Quotes, surveys and permits
We use your contact details, addresses, job information and any attachments to respond, arrange a survey and prepare the requested service. A request may generate a PDF summary and emails. Any data needed for a permit is passed to the relevant authority after the work has been agreed.
Marketplace and customer area
The marketplace publishes listing text and photos after DUDA checks them. The contact form sends the message and contact details to DUDA and the advertiser. In the customer area, a private link gives you access to your move appointments, inventory and documents.
Cookies and browser storage
Session cookies provide access to the administration panel and the customer area. Some tools store your project, basket or quote summary on your device. You can clear these data in your browser. When you open WhatsApp or another external service, its own information applies.
Access and handling of requests
Authorised staff use the private administration panel. The server and email provider handle the data needed to respond. Requests and documents may be kept in service records and backups. To request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention, email DUDA with your request reference.
