DUDA Traslochi — Storage: inventory and delivery

Define what enters custody

When the dates of the two houses do not coincide, the deposit can become a phase of the move. Fill out a list of the furnishings and the hills to be entrusted, distinguishing them from the objects that you will bring directly to the destination. Photograph the status of the furniture and note any existing signs. The reference of the inventory must accompany the good until the return.

Agree protections and preparation

The furnishings must be delivered clean and dry, with adequate protection to the materials and the expected duration. Mark delicate surfaces, glazing and protruding parts. Do not improvise packing materials that can damage finishes or retain moisture: the preparation should be agreed with the depositary.

Keep out what you need right away

Documents, keys, medicines and everyday objects must remain readily available. Before the withdrawal, check which goods can be accepted and which are excluded. Ask how any partial access or withdrawals work: do not presume to be able to recover a single neck without prior organization. Separate and identify what might have to go out before the other furniture.

Prepare the delivery already

Indicates an orientation duration and ask how to communicate prorogues or variations. Please describe the offer for reception, custody, subsequent transport and eventual reassembly. Check conditions and covers applicable to the goods entrusted. When the new house is ready, it sends address, plan and accesses and agrees on the delivery date. Compare inventory references to reception and report any comments in the document.
