Consistent inventory and condominium management
For Zurich, you can collect information about the administration of the building related to the move in advance. Floor, lift and exhaust point must be described together with any access ranges communicated by the property, without assuming that the entrance is always available.
Preparing the goods for Zurich
Keep your inventory up to your confirmation. If you add furniture after sending the information, please report the change: it can affect both the load and the documentation to check. A numbered list makes it easier to compare the goods prepared with those actually entrusted to transport.
The time of delivery
For the reassembly communicates the layout of the rooms and measurements of the walls concerned. If some furniture remains temporarily packaged, it identifies a support space that leaves the steps free. The local contact person must know these indications.
Useful information for the exhaust on the floor
The access rating is for both houses. Floor, elevator size, door width and distance from the middle help to understand what operations are needed. If a passage is doubtful, report it before the confirmation and sends more detailed measurements or photographs. Do not assume that the presence of a window makes a lift usable.
The proposal distinguishes travel, handling and furniture preparation services. Any equipment or special modes must be checked against the property and operating conditions. A complete description of the accesses allows you to set the job without relying only on the amount of the furniture.
Before travelling to Switzerland, check with DUDA the information required for the goods and consult the competent authorities for the formalities applicable to your case.
