Transfer with home workplace
If Winterthur prepares a new home with a study, separates the workplace from the home inventory. Desk, chair, shelves and equipment can have different priority accommodation than other furnishings.
Prepare the goods for Winterthur
Before disassembly, take pictures of the configuration and collect cables and accessories in marked packages. Devices needed during transfer should remain available with you. For non-ordinary equipment, describe characteristics and handling directions before requesting service.
The time of delivery
In the home of destination verify that the space for the study is free and compatible with the measures of the furniture. If the activation of the equipment requires technicians, it coordinates their intervention separately: to mount a desk and to make operational a computer network are not the same activity.
Define the scope of professional activities
dismantling must be distinguished for furniture and workstations, transport and recomposition from the technical activities necessary to make the equipment operational. Communicate who manages disconnection and links and describes any assets that require a specific verification.
Prepare a number that connects the necks to the location or environment of destination. Also clarify which materials must remain available during transfer and which they can wait. The DUDA proposal refers to the agreed services; specialist installations, plants and unplanned works must be evaluated separately with the competent professionals.
Before travelling to Switzerland, check with DUDA the information required for the goods and consult the competent authorities for the formalities applicable to your case.
