Prepare two cards for the site visit: one for departure and one for arrival, with optional measurements, constraints and photographs.
The card collects information: does not certify the passage of a furniture, the reach of an elevator or the authorization to stop.
What to measure before the site visit
Consider the narrowest point of the route, the opening of the doors, the turns of the stairs and the obstacles between the middle and the gates. For the elevator note both the door and the internal dimensions and the declared flow rate.
Photograph access without including documents or personal data. For a courtyard describe the passage and any height limits. The mover will assess the actual conditions before confirming vehicles and handling modes.
Save, print and share the card
Filling and photos remain in the browser: no automatic sending to DUDA. Save the project file to reopen it; with the print command you can get a PDF to store or share with the job referent.
