Sofa and narrow door: what measures do they need?
Measure width, depth and real height of the furniture, including handles, feet not removed and protections. For the door consider the light free when it is open. The elevator also serves internal measurements of the cabin and indicated flow rate.
How to read the result
The calculation proves the rectangular guidelines you have allowed. The same measures must be compatible with both the door and the cabin: two separate checks are not enough. Turns, corridors and possibility of turning the furniture during the manoeuvre require an evaluation on the spot.
If there is no compatible orientation, document the route with photographs and currency with DUDA dismantling, external access or dedicated equipment. The calculator does not decide which solution is feasible.
