Printing the application on one sheet: select A4, pages 1–2, a page per facade and front-back with overturn on the long side. Page 2 will be on the back of page 1. Check this option in the print window, even if the PDF already proposes it. If the printer does not have the automatic front-back, print page 1 and return the sheet to print page 2 according to the printer instructions.
Declaration of installation
Version with compileable fields and layout of the original document.
Open the compiled PDF and click the fields to write. Select the relevant boxes.
Use the Save or Download command of the PDF reader and, if required, choose the copy with the changes.
Open the saved file and check that the data is present. Use the Print command of the PDF reader.
Complete the signature where required before submitting or submitting the documentation.
If the browser or phone shows only the preview and does not allow to fill in, download the file and open it with a reader compatible with PDF modules, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The compilation takes place in the PDF reader: the site does not receive the data and does not send the document to the alerts. Signatures and parts reserved for the office are excluded from the compiled fields. The original documents are available in the Utility section.
