If the country of destination requires customs formalities, check how the absence of the definitive address affects the documentation. Do not solve the problem by pointing out a purely conventional contact: the referent of the practice must know the real situation.
Update the plan with clear steps
Agree to an update when address, keys and calendar are available. From that point you can check the final travel, access and installation. A plan with declared phases is more useful than a single date that hides still open decisions and allows to reevaluate the service without confusing the packages destined for different times.
