Transfer of brittle and furnishings of the living room
To bring to Lucerne furniture of the living room with glasses or delicate surfaces, prepare close photographs in addition to the general measures. Mensoles, doors and decorative elements may require protections or separations other than the main furniture.
Prepare the goods for Lucerne
Indicates which packing materials are already available and if you want to entrust the preparation to DUDA. Stores hardware in identified containers and signals already loose or damaged components. The evaluation of the work must start from the actual state of the objects.
The time of delivery
Upon arrival it is useful to have a free zone to support the components while mounting the furniture. If the room is not ready, it agrees which elements remain protected and when the final accommodation is planned. The conditions of the service and any covers should be defined in the proposal.
Delicate parts protection and handling
For fragile and sensitive surfaces collect close images and report the material. An already packaged item is not automatically ready for transport: the packing should be considered in respect of shape, weight and characteristics. Inform the team of any loose parts or pre-existing damage.
The preparation may require specific protections or separation of components, to be evaluated before loading. For particular goods, please ask for the methods of management and insurance conditions to be clarified in the proposal. Automatic shells or uniform safeguards are not attributed to different objects without an agreed service verification.
Before travelling to Switzerland, check with DUDA the information required for the goods and consult the competent authorities for the formalities applicable to your case.
