The kitchen should be described as a composition
A kitchen that does not fit the new house can still be useful to another family. Before preparing the announcement, decide whether to yield the full composition or some elements. Those looking for a kitchen used in Milan must understand whether the set is compatible with the available spaces and what work will be needed to adapt it. A frontal photograph is a good start, but alone it does not allow to evaluate the layout.
What measures to be taken
Note the length of each occupied wall, the depth of the bases, the height of the wall and the dimensions of the columns. List the elements separately, indicating any angles and pieces made to measure. Mark the material of the top and the position of the holes: a plan already cut for the sink and cooking may not adapt to a different arrangement. If you have a design, check that it matches the current kitchen.
Household appliances and real conditions
Write which devices are included and which ones you will bring with you. For each one it reports brand, model and known operation; do not define what you have not checked. Photograph hinges, drawers, interiors and flaws. The short description can sum up composition, zone and availability; the complete one must explain what is actually given. A concrete title could be “Linear cooking used with in Milan oven”, only if these details are true.
Agree to dismantling and withdrawal
Please note that the price is only for furniture and those who organise the dismantling. The disconnection of gas, water and electricity must be entrusted to competent persons. Indicate floor, lift and limit date, avoiding posting the precise address. Before confirming the withdrawal, ask the interested party to check measures and accesses: the gratuitousness of the kitchen does not mean that dismantling and transport are included.
