Used bedroom furniture: sell the set or individual items?
How to describe used bedroom furniture: included items, bed dimensions, condition and collection before your move in Milan.

Start from the list of pieces
A bedroom is not a single object. Bed, mesh, mattress, bedside tables, dresser and mirror can have different destinies during the move. Before photographing, prepare a list of what you want to sell or give and what remains with you. So avoid that a person interprets “full room” as a comprehensive offer of elements that you did not intend to give.
Complete or separate pieces
If you prefer to give it all together, write it in the title or in the short description. If you accept requests for individual furniture, indicate the price of each and clarify which pieces are still available. The choice also depends on the date within which you have to free the room. A coordinated set can be interesting, but those who already have a bed could only look for a pair of bedside tables: a precise announcement allows you to understand the possibilities immediately.
Bed and mattress: distinguish the sizes
Brings the bed's external encumbrance and the size of the network separately. A large headboard or a protruding footboard can make the furniture bigger than expected. Specifies whether network and mattress are included and clearly describe their status. For a container bed also shows the compartment and reports mechanism problems. Do not hide defects under linen or decorative covers.
Photographs and organized delivery
Take a picture and images dedicated to the individual elements, with drawers and visible doors. Remove personal documents and objects. In the complete description, insert materials, sizes, defects and modes of dismantling. Before the collection collect screws and accessories in identified bags; keep any instructions. If the furniture is withdrawn in different days, please update the list available and plan the steps not to interfere with your move.
