Specify what the price includes
A photo with table and six chairs can be interpreted as a unique offer. If you want to sell only the table, write it clearly. If you propose single chairs or small groups, it indicates available quantity and price per piece. The short description must allow you to understand the offer without asking each time if the price concerns an item or whole set.
Extendable tables and accessories
Measure the closed table and completely open configuration. List extensions, supports and removable parts and indicate where they are stored. Describe the operation of the mechanism, signalling jams or missing elements. For a glass top, stone or other delicate material, add photos of the edges and agrees appropriate protection for the collection.
Check also the chairs
The chairs should be observed individually: one can have a different seat or a repair not present on the others. Indicates materials, seat height and upholstery and upholstery conditions. If a chair is unstable, do not present it as ready to use. You can describe it as a repair, allowing the interested person to consciously decide.
Preparation before the appointment
