Prepare furniture and packages for Lithuania
For a move from Milan to Lithuania, a house in Vilnius, an apartment in Kaunas and a delivery to Klaipėda require specific local information. Indicates the actual city and not only the reference area. The request may concern a family, few furniture or material for a working environment, but the inventory must clarify the situation.
Prepare the furnishings for Lithuania
Pay attention to the furniture composed by many elements: photograph them before the dismantling and store a correspondence between parts and hardware. For tables, shelves and bookcases it detects the final measurements, in order to compare them with the new house. Any adjustments do not coincide with the simple reassembly and should be discussed separately.
Agree on arrival and delivery
If you expect a period between the release of the Milanese residence and the availability of Lithuanian accommodation, please note the need for custody. The deposit and subsequent transfer must appear as separate activities in the proposal. Communicating this requirement soon allows to evaluate the sequence of the work instead of deciding only at the time of the load.
What information to send to DUDA
To receive a proposal indicates departure and arrival addresses, desired period, plans and presence of lifts. Attach photos and a list with furniture size and indicative quantity of boxes. Distinguish what will already be ready from the operations you want to entrust to the team: packing, dismantling, handling and reassembly.
If the dates of the properties do not coincide, report the eventual need for deposit. The price is assessed on the load and the services required, along with the availability of the trip. The proposal will have to include activities, exclusions and agreed conditions. To start you can call 329 474 2359 or use the request form: sending the information is not equivalent to booking the transport.
