A precise request for Latvian destinations
Moving furniture from Milan to Latvia requires a precise description of the load and destination. Riga, Daugavpils, Liepāja and other locations are not interchangeable points: the quote must refer to the address where the furniture will actually be downloaded. If the property is not yet definitive, it indicates this aspect in the first request.
Prepare the furnishings for Latvia
For a move followed from afar, it prepares photographs of the steps and information on the elevator, as well as pictures of the furniture. The local representative should know both the inventory and the destination rooms. Indicate only that the apartment is accessible does not describe any stairs, narrow doors or distance from the stop point.
Agree on arrival and delivery
If a part of the goods must be packed, distinguish it from the furniture to be mounted immediately. An ordered delivery also depends on the possibility of leaving the work spaces free. Availability, period and activities required are agreed on the concrete project, without attributing to the route to Latvia an equal duration for each load.
What information to send to DUDA
To receive a proposal indicates departure and arrival addresses, desired period, plans and presence of lifts. Attach photos and a list with furniture size and indicative quantity of boxes. Distinguish what will already be ready from the operations you want to entrust to the team: packing, dismantling, handling and reassembly.
If the dates of the properties do not coincide, report the eventual need for deposit. The price is assessed on the load and the services required, along with the availability of the trip. The proposal will have to include activities, exclusions and agreed conditions. To start you can call 329 474 2359 or use the request form: sending the information is not equivalent to booking the transport.
