Protect delicate furnishings and collector's items
If the load for Dresden includes slides, mirrors or collector's items, the evaluation must start from the characteristics of each piece. A panoramic photo shows the set, but the details of glass, hinges and protruding parts help to define how to prepare it.
Prepare the goods for Dresden
Mark the items already packed and describe the material used. An enclosure that protects against dust may not be suitable for transport. For the most delicate elements it is necessary to evaluate separation of the components, protection of the edges and possibility of fixing on the medium.
The time of delivery
Upon arrival he prepares a free space to support and control the goods. The opening of the packages and the final positioning must be agreed: for some objects it is preferable to maintain protection until the room is ready and the other processing is finished.
Delicate parts protection and handling
For fragile and sensitive surfaces collect close images and report the material. An already packaged item is not automatically ready for transport: the packing should be considered in respect of shape, weight and characteristics. Inform the team of any loose parts or pre-existing damage.
The preparation may require specific protections or separation of components, to be evaluated before loading. For particular goods, please ask for the methods of management and insurance conditions to be clarified in the proposal. Automatic shells or uniform safeguards are not attributed to different objects without an agreed service verification.
