Arrival in northern Germany and time of the house
For Hamburg, the transfer schedule is set around the actual availability of the house. The journey of goods requires a separate programming from your personal move; it is not advisable to fix subsequent appointments based only on a guide estimate.
Preparing the goods for Hamburg
If you have a mandatory date to leave Milan, it also indicates the first day you can receive in Hamburg. A range between these two deadlines allows you to evaluate the deposit; a too tight overlap requires a verification before the confirmation of the service.
The time of delivery
Prepare an alternate referee in case you can't be present. Leave instructions for the rooms and report the elements that need to be mounted before others. The availability of an informed person prevents decisions on the placement of furniture from being suspended during the unloading.
An agreed delivery window
In the first contact separates the preferences from the binding deadlines: the release of the old house, the availability of the keys and the presence of the contact person is different information. If an appointment depends on third parties, it indicates what is already confirmed and what remains to be defined.
The programming is evaluated together with the inventory and services required. Any changes must be communicated before departure to check the available alternatives. Standard times are not indicated because load, route and delivery conditions vary; the agreed dates and performances must be in the proposal of your transfer.
