Inventory selected and delivered in Estonia
For a move from Milan to Estonia, Tallinn and Tartu are just two of the possible destinations to be specified in the request. A house in Pärnu or a delivery to Kuressaare require you to evaluate the actual route, without bringing everything back to a generic journey to the capital. Always common indication, postal code and entrance features.
Prepare the furnishings for Estonia
If you initially move to a temporary accommodation, select the assets that can be used and distinguish the material that can wait. Bookcases, desks and personal furnishings must be carefully detected. For remote work, it separates everyday equipment from the remaining inventory and agrees how to manage them.
Agree on arrival and delivery
Prepare a list of hills with destination and synthetic content, so that the contact person can arrange the discharge even in your absence. Any insular routes or special conditions of the last access must emerge before the confirmation. The service is defined on the needs of the load and the property, not on a standard time for Estonia.
What information to send to DUDA
To receive a proposal indicates departure and arrival addresses, desired period, plans and presence of lifts. Attach photos and a list with furniture size and indicative quantity of boxes. Distinguish what will already be ready from the operations you want to entrust to the team: packing, dismantling, handling and reassembly.
If the dates of the properties do not coincide, report the eventual need for deposit. The price is assessed on the load and the services required, along with the availability of the trip. The proposal will have to include activities, exclusions and agreed conditions. To start you can call 329 474 2359 or use the request form: sending the information is not equivalent to booking the transport.
