Move office with archives and posts
To transfer a small office to Linz, the work begins with the identification of posts and archives. Each group of necks should have a recipient or a final position, so as not to mix materials of different departments.
Prepare the goods for Linz
It agrees with those who prepare devices and documents, which furniture is disassembled and which must be reassembled. The archive boxes require a weight compatible with handling; a readable numbering allows you to reconstruct the order without opening them all.
The time of delivery
For the arrival point, you need a contact person and the access information of the teams. If more deliveries are needed or the work must be co-existed with other office activities, describe these constraints before the quote. Computer connections, installations and start-up of equipment remain to be distinguished from the move.
Define the scope of professional activities
dismantling must be distinguished for furniture and workstations, transport and recomposition from the technical activities necessary to make the equipment operational. Communicate who manages disconnection and links and describes any assets that require a specific verification.
Prepare a number that connects the necks to the location or environment of destination. Also clarify which materials must remain available during transfer and which they can wait. The DUDA proposal refers to the agreed services; specialist installations, plants and unplanned works must be evaluated separately with the competent professionals.
