An application to use public space needs precise information: address, dates, times, area dimensions and the vehicles involved.
With DUDA, you can agree a service that includes:
- Identifying the responsible Local Police district office.
- Gathering details and preparing the application and attachments.

- Handling requests for additional information from the office.
- Collecting the permit when it is issued.

Placing no-parking signs in Milan
Loading and unloading space must be arranged before moving day.
We arrange temporary signage using approved signs showing the references and period required by the permit. We also notify the responsible office of their placement, according to the applicable conditions.

How much does the permit and signage service cost?
The cost depends on the addresses, duration of the occupation and tasks required.
We prepare a proposal with DUDA’s service fee and municipal charges shown separately, so you know the conditions before appointing us. You can also request an assessment for the application or sign placement alone.

Can you handle the permit if I use another moving company?
Yes. Private customers, building managers and businesses can request this service separately from a move. We check the address, vehicles, dates and required tasks together.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Contact us as soon as you know your moving period. For occupations involving no-parking restrictions, the Municipality recommends submitting the application at least four days in advance and states that signs must be placed at least 72 hours before the restriction begins. We also check the specific conditions of each application.
