The service concerns handling
The installer may require DUDA an assessment to bring photovoltaic components to the agreed delivery point. The handling does not include design, installation or electrical connections. Before confirming the intervention, it is necessary to verify that the available machine and accessories are suitable for the modules to be transported.
What data to send for panels
Communicate number of modules, dimensions, unit weight, type of packing and manufacturer handling instructions. Add the data of the other components to be lifted: they should not be treated as if they automatically have the same characteristics as the panels. A material card helps to evaluate the request without relying on generic estimates.
Access to the roof and delivery point
Picture the facade and the space on the ground, indicating indicative height and location of the arrival point. The company responsible for the work must coordinate the reception and management of the materials on the roof. The exhaust point and the presence of obstacles require a specific evaluation; the only indication of the number of floors does not allow to confirm the service.
Programming with the installer
Indicates the expected day for installation and an operating referee. The availability is confirmed after the technical verification. In the request, it reports any access constraints, delivery of the supplier and the need for employment of the public space. Any changes to the amount or format of the modules must be communicated before the intervention.
