Describe the material, not only the construction site
To organize a useful request, list the materials with its packing: boxes, bags, long items or equipment have different characteristics. Specifies weight and size of each drive to move. The possibility of using the scale depends on the compatibility of the load with the machine, accessories and conditions of the place.
Deliveries and available space
A restructuring intervention often involves more suppliers. Indicates when the materials arrive and where they can be placed before handling. Describe courtyard, carrabile access, road and reception point on the floor. Do not assume that the space in front of the building can be occupied without verification.
Coordination with the site manager
The request indicates a contact person who knows the job and accesses. The staff present at the plans, the load sequence and the activities entrusted to DUDA will be agreed. The quote will have to distinguish handling, transport and additional activities, avoiding to confuse the rental with the execution of the building works.
Debris and special materials
The descent of rubble or loose materials is not automatically understood. It requires a separate verification of accessories, containment and work organization. Possible transport and disposal are also distinct activities. Before requesting an intervention, describe exactly what needs to be moved and the conditions in which it is located.
