Identifying the device

Before posting a used electrodomestic, look for brand and model on the tag. These data help those interested in consulting the manufacturer's features and instructions. It bears the actual size and specifies whether it is a free-install or recessed model. A device that looks similar in photos may require a different space or connections.

Operating, fault or check

Describe what you know and what you didn't check. If the device has long been stopped, do not transform the last usage experience into a guarantee on the current state. Report noises, errors, losses or damaged parts known. Do not attribute consumption or energy class without any documentation corresponding to the model. If you have manuals or accessories, it indicates that they are available.

Useful photos and information

Shows the whole appliance, the inside when relevant, the controls and any defects. Avoid publishing documents with personal data; you can privately communicate the details necessary for verification. In the short description insert type of appliance, model and conditions. In the full part it explains included accessories, withdrawal mode and availability date.

Disconnection and handling

Program disconnection before the appointment and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, entrusting the interventions that require it to competent staff. Do not provide improvised indications on gases or electrical connections. Specifies plan and accesses and agrees who is handling. For preparation, orientation during transport and subsequent commissioning, consult the model manual: there is no identical procedure for all household appliances.
