DUDA Traslochi — Quote: photos and information

Start with a simple summary

Write your departure and arrival address, floor, elevator presence and expected period. Specifies whether all objects are already in the same place or if additional retreats are required. If a destination is not yet definitive, indicate it. A short but neat description is more useful than many photographs sent without explanations.

Photograph a room at a time

Take a view of each environment and add details of the main furniture. Try to show the entire closet, the composition of the living room and the elements of the kitchen involved. For bookcases and containers, indicate whether the content must be packed by the team. Numerating pictures or accompanying them with the name of the room helps to avoid double counts.

Shows the furnishings that require attention

Add sizes and photos of large tables, sofas, mirrors, showcases and glass tops. Specifies which furniture must be dismantled and reassembled and which will remain in the house. For custom-made elements, report the parts attached to the wall and store any mounting cards. Do not force disassembly or move only to take a photo.

Access is part of the job

Photo of gates, stairs and landings without including foreign people. Communicate the useful dimensions of the elevator if available and signal steps or narrow steps. When external lifting is necessary, images of the façade and space are useful in front of the building. The simple fact that there is a balcony does not confirm the possibility of using a furniture lift alone.

Clarify the desired service

Indicate if you only ask for transport or even packing, dismantling, reassembly and storage. For a transfer with a few things, list the individual pieces. For a complete house, specify any local accessories. The photos are used to describe the work: they do not always replace the site visit or technical checks and do not automatically make an indicative price definitive.

Check the confidentiality of images

Before sending, verify that no documents, codes or personal data are readable. You do not need photographs of valuable objects that are left out if not relevant to your request. In the DUDA module the photos are optional: you can also send a text description and then agree to the insights. Please read the summary before submitting your request.
