Prepare the notice for condominiums

This is a courtesy notice for the condo. For occupation of public space and signage consult the dedicated modules.

How to print the notice
Fill out the data and press “Create alert and message”. Check the preview, then choose “Stamp/Save PDF”: in the print window select vertical A4 format and turn off headers and footer of the browser. Select “Save as PDF” to store a copy.
What to communicate to the administrator
Indicates address, floor, day and hourly band. Ask for what provisions apply to elevator, entrances and common areas. The generated message can be copied and sent after checking it; the site does not automatically send it.
Condominium notice and stop signs are different documents
The notice to the neighbors does not authorize to occupy the public ground or to reserve parking spaces. Practices and external signage require separate verifications and documents.
